Job Description
We are looking for a reliable person proficient in English and Chinese to be responsible for the management oversight of assigned residential properties and address tenant needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned properties including giving tours to prospective tenants, coordinating maintenance orders, and providing support to our residents.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet rental standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Process rental applications, leases, and contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Update job and market knowledge
Skills
- Proven work experience as a customer service representative, office manager or property manager
- Competency in Excel and Word, and relevant databases and software
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills
- Detail-oriented and diligent
- BS degree
Job Types:
- Contract to Full-Time
Pay:
- From CAD 20 per hour
Schedule:
- 4-8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Outside office reception for customers
